Claire D Lune, the shop in the “pharmacy” building on Austin Street is closing. The business has been sold and the new owner will be reopening in the future.
“Karen and Ellen are both sad and excited to be ending this chapter in our lives,” their FaceBook post read. “We love Jefferson, it’s people and how accepting they were of 2 crazy weird ‘Tarot Ladies.’ It has a very special place in our hearts. It’s where we grew and expanded as women and as humans. We will miss it terribly.
“We are excited to see what the universe holds next. It’s gonna have to be something big becuase Jefferson will leave a huge hold in our lives and our hearts.
“Karen will still be around for tarot readings for a little while and is available by phone at 903-681-2128.
