When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

User-contributed content, such as comments, photos, videos, links to same, and etc. that are inflamatory, libelous, or could be construed as such can be removed or deleted from the site at Marion County Media discretion. At the same time, as a user of this site, you understand that Marion County Media is an open forum and registered users do post their opinions on here without filters. Marion County Media assumes no responsibility for criminal or civil liability of user-generated content. Without a court order from a court established in the United States, Marion County Media does not reveal private information about user-generated content creators. And Marion County Media reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for retrieving court-ordered information about our users if demanded.
