According to an email sent out by former board member Colleen Taylor, the January City of Jefferson Convention and Visitor’s Board meeting has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns and a lack of an expected quorum. The meeting was originally scheduled to be on Monday at 5:30 p.m.
The board was set to discuss:
- a. Update on HOT Tax from Avenu Insight
- b. Update on New Quarterly Magazine
- Update Advertising & Anderson Group Pam Thomas
- Update Tourism Building
- Presentation on digital billboard Jim McIntosh
