According to a list provided by the City as part of next week’s City Council Meeting Packet, the following streets are proposed for resurfacing in 2021:
- Walnut from Lafayette to Orleans, overlay, $80,000
- Camp from Marshall to Rusk, pulverize and re-lay, $40,000
- Marshall from Lake to Camp, pulverize and re-lay, $13,000
- Baker from Line to Camp, overlay, $10,000
- Bridge from Delta to Baker, pulverize and re-lay, $15,500
- Bridge from Clay to Watson, pulverize and re-lay, $15,500
- Friou from Elizabeth to Broadway, pulverize and re-lay, $15,500
- Washington from Lafayette to City Culvert, pulverize and re-lay, $30,000
- Jackson from Lake to Camp, pulverize and re-lay, $19,000
- Soda from Hwy 49 to Henderson, pulverize and re-lay, $100,000
- Alley from Harrison to RR Tracks, overlay, $32,000
- Owens from Webster to End of Street, re-lay and overlay, $13,000
- Bridge from Mosley to Benners, overlay, $13,000
The total cost of the project is $396,500.
Council is set to approve the list at Tuesday’s regular City Council meeting.
