People in those counties can complete a damage survey from the state of Texas that will help officials inform the federal government of the need to declare more counties a disaster area so they can receive assistance.
If you have online access, you can go to tinyurl.com/TexasDamage to fill out the survey. For those who cannot submit online, they can call 1-844-844-3089 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM seven days a week to submit their disaster damage information.
