Roy’s Rails is reopening on March 1, but under a new name: Jefferson Golf Carts.
Earlier this year, Roy’ Richie’s shop was destroyed in a fire. He’s been operating out of a small building behind the old shop on Polk Street.
As he bears the expense of reopening, he’s asking for residents to help out through a GoFundMe campaign.
