Troy and Colette Hines cut the ribbon on the grand opening of Lacewing Women’s Retreat center in Jefferson last Saturday. They were joined by Colette’s parents, some of the Jefferson Queen Royalty and a host of visitors who dropped by to check out the newlly renovated crafting location. The facility is designed to support a group of ladies, as well as crafting and quilting group retreats. It’s located off MLK near the JISD Administration building.
