On Tuesday, Officer’s of the Jefferson Police Department received the necessary training regarding their newly acquired Stop Sticks, a pursuit termination and pursuit prevention valued equipment. Texas Department of Public Safety, Sgt. Droddy and Sgt. Stewart provided the team with the necessary training to safely and most effectively deploy the equipment. This prevention equipment is used in helping them keep our community safe.
