Jefferson Lions Club member, Peggy Walker and Avinger Area Branch Club member, Charles Ellingburg were awarded the International President’s Leadership Award at the Lions District Convention last week. The International President’s Leadership award is the third highest honor in Lionism and is given by the International President to those Lions who have demonstrated significant leadership contributions. The Avinger Area Branch Club is sponsored by the Jefferson Club.
