Caddo Lake: Well, the lake level is about a foot and a half high. The schooling activity for bass has been inconsistent with the changing water levels, amount of current and muddy water conditions. You really have to stay on top of the conditions and adjust accordingly. Some of the main lake schooling areas is still productive. Use your Texas rigged soft plastics, topwaters and crankbaits. The Big Cypress Bayou fish will be relating to the current and the shad. If you are looking for those tournament size fish you will need to really target the single cypress trees. The Texas rigged 10 inch worm and crankbaits have been producing some quality bass. Get out and enjoy beautiful Caddo Lake!
