Cynthia “Cindy” Parr

November 13, 1948-February 9, 2023

Cynthia “Cindy” Parr was born November 13, 1948.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Rhodessa Parr, her father, Harold Parr, and her brother Dennis Parr.

Cindy is survived by her children, Dennis Youngblood and wife Michelle, Keith Youngblood and wife Caroline, Steven Youngblood, Dean Youngblood, Ginger Lovelady and husband Donny, and Steven “Mikey” Youngblood II, as well as her sister and brother-in-law Wanda and Tommy Bradley. She is also survived by a whole basket full of grands and great grands, and many family and friends.

Having grown up on Lake o’ the Pines, Cindy was a Jefferson, Texas, Native that transplanted in 2022 to Waco to live with her daughter and family. She was a member of Life Point Fellowship Church in Hewitt, Texas. Prior to moving to Waco, Cindy was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ and attended with her beloved sister Wanda Bradley. She loved to fish, garden, and crochet. Cindy was known for being funny without meaning to be. She had a giving heart, a peaceful (yet very spunky) personality, and she was a friend to all.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
