The play will feature Sheila Fox and the Caddo Kats in the musical roles of Patsy and her musicians and is set in a radio studio of the past where the host of a popular radio show promoting country and western stars, Zip Zelmer, is interviewing some of the people in Cline’s life who were responsible for pushing her into stardom over the few rather short years she was performing.
Others cast in the show are Seth Necessary, Debbie Graves, Gary Eigenmann and Blake Altman. Sheila Fox, is cast as Patsy; her husband, Alan and his musicians who are Terry Salyar, Ricky Roach, and Stephen Buckalew are cast as studio musicians who regularly play on the radio show that is starting a new series called “I Am……..”. Quite a few of the hit songs that were recorded by Cline in her lifetime will be played during the “broadcast”.
The production is being directed by Marcia Thomas who wrote the show especially as a part of the theatre groups annual July 4th gift to the community, a tradition that was begun in that holiday the year they were founded in 1989.

Tickets are $20 per person and will be sold on a first come, first sold basis at The Willow Tree or online at www.JeffersonOperaHouseTheatrePlayers.
