According to a FB post, “This remarkable journey began purely by accident one night two years ago when K’ saw a purple hue that he believed would be the perfect color for the “final” Jefferson wine. Although that color could have been recreated using food coloring, Vintner Colin G. chose the challenging route to get the color K’ desired naturally. Eighteen months later, this exclusive wine is ready for the Jefferson Wine Cellar (and wine club pickup).” The new wine will be available starting Saturday, July 29.
