Marion County Judge Leward LaFleur was met by a crowd of 50-60 people this morning in front of the Courthouse Offices, 119 N Lafayette Street, as he handed out free masks to residents.
“It’s a priviledge to continue to try and help the people of Marion County,” said LaFleur, “and by giving out what masks I received to anyone who wants them can only help the health and safety of everyone.”
LaFleur starting handing out masks at 11 a.m. and will continue until all 2,000 he has are gone.
