The Jefferson Convention and Visitors Bureau Board has partnered with the Marion County Herald to produce a new Quarterly Visitors Guide.
“Discover Jefferson & Marion County will be a full color, glossy booklet,” said MCH Publisher Hugh Lewis, “produced quarterly to help draw attention to all of our events and opportunities for tourists to come and visit. This is an exciting product which will showcase the events of each quarter, and give brief highlights of upcoming events so visitors will keep coming back. The flexibility of this guide, being able to easily put in a purse or pocket, makes it attractive to visitors. Businesses can also put it on their websites, FaceBook pages, or email it to guests, so it’s flexibility is part of the appeal.”
It will be distributed in Marion County by the Herald, and the Jefferson CVB will handle distribution to regional Tourist Information Centers. It will also be available to be mailed out to individuals requesting information on Jefferson, as well as through a subscription offer.
“We’ll be reaching out to tourism related businesses in Jefferson, at Lake of the Pines, as well as at Caddo,” said Lewis. “We have so many great spots for people to discover within 30 minutes, that we wanted to make this an even better opportunity and value for everyone.”
Only three sizes of ads are available, Full Page, Half Page, and Quarter Page, with rates starting at $100 for the Q4 2020 edition.
