Byrd was last seen June 21 walking on South Line Street.

“If anyone has any information that could bring Donovan home, please contact the Jefferson Police Department at 903-665-2432,” said JPD Chief Florentino Perez.

“Trust me we are exhausted but we won’t give up on him,” Ebony Jackson said. “Please help us search if you’re able to and if you know a location please let us know.”
