Rotarians prepare for the new school year by donating items to the schools for the children. When we reached out to see what the needs were at each campus, we got a list of items that would be very helpful and unique to each campus. We reached out to one of our sponsors, West Fraser and they started ordering.
This week we were able to deliver composition books for all Elementary students, water bottles to the Jr. High campus for students in need, and at the High School we delivered maroon drawstring backpacks.
In addition, Rotarians collected books through the members and presented them to Mrs. Phillips Kindergarten class who had also reached out to the club for help.
