The Animal Protection League’s low-cost mobile unit is returning to Jefferson this Saturday, August 31st, offering essential pet care services. Set up in the lot next to Polk Jefferson Outpost at 220 N Polk, the mobile unit provides a range of services, including vaccinations, flea and tick medications, microchipping, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, as well as spaying and neutering.

The vaccination clinic operates on a walk-in basis from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For surgeries, appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 903-753-7387. Online scheduling is also available by visiting www.aplspayneuter.org and selecting the ‘BOOK HERE’ button under the surgery appointment tab.
The Animal Protection League also serves the surrounding areas, including Marshall, Linden, Ore City, Diana, and Daingerfield.
