5. ACTION 

a. Consider action approving Casey’s #4797 application for three (3) sign permits. (549 South Walcott St.: high rise/directional, canopy, and building signs on HWY 59)

b. Consider action approving Tracy Graham’s application for building permit at 505 E. Dixon for construction of a detached garage.

c. Consider action on Casey’s # 4797’s application for Wine Only Package Store Off-Premise Retailer Permit located at 549 South Walcott St.

6. BUDGET WORKSHOP 

a. There will be no action taken during this workshop. This meeting is for a budget workshop on the 2026/2027 fiscal budget.

1. Operating: Administration, Municipal Courts, Fire Department, Police Department, Cemeteries and Street Department
2. Visitor Promotion-Hot/Tax
3. Water/Sewer Fund
4. Cemetery

Recommendations for adjustments may be made to help prepare the budget, however, there will be no action taken on approving the budget at this time.
