VeraBank notified customers this week via mail that they will soon be upgrading their systems and online banking will not be available during part of the March 19-21, 2021, weekend.
They indicated the system upgrade will cause the Mobile and Online Banking to be unavailable, but will not affect the ability to use debit cards or ATMs/ITMs. The change will also not affect account numbers, Bill Pay information, or Online Banking, Business Banking Online, and Millie Banking logins.
The letter also indicated more information will be available closer to the change and additional details will be on their website.
