JEDCO is getting closer to starting to work on their Strategic Plan for Economic Development for Jefferson and Marion County.
In Monday’s meeting the board set a March 30 workshop meeting to put together a core group of individuals to start the process of gathering ideas and priorities for the next 20 years.
“If anyone is interested in being part of this core group,” said JEDCO president Doug Thompson, “they need to reach out to one of the JEDCO board members as soon as possible.”

JEDCO board members are Doug Thompson, Dr. Bruce Bradley, Darrell Gaither, Chris Skaggs, Willie Turlington, Raymond Sanders, and Robin Moore.
