Lera Ann Wisdom, age 68, of Mabank, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Lera was born December 9, 1952, to parents, Gordon and Bobbie Holley of Jefferson.
On May 6, 1972, Lera married the love of her life, Dan Wisdom and soon had two wonderful sons, Matt and Stephen Wisdom.
Lera retired from AT&T. She enjoyed watching crime shows and playing cards She oved all things beautifl, from the flowers on the ground to the birds in the trees, adn above all her children adn grandchildren. Lera was known as “mama” and “Gran,” her children were her love; her grandchildren were her joy!
Lera was buried at Elm Grove Cemetery, Mabank. Lera passed with COVID pneumonia.
Lera is preceded in death by her mother and father, Gordon and Bobbie Holley; brothers Bob Holley, Bill Holley, Randall Holley, Tom Holley, and Glen Holley, all of Jefferson.
She will be loved and mssed dearly by those she knew and loved; her husband, Dan Wisdom, sons, Matt Wisdom (Melinda) and Stephen Wisdom (Natalie), her grandchildren: Mackenzie Wisdom, Matthew Wisdom, Kaylee Widsom, Isabella Wisdom, Elihah Wisdom; and her sister, Bennie Johnson (Mark).
