Texas GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Allen West was in Jefferson Wednesday morning stumping for votes before the primary election on March 1. West addressed, and answered questions from, a crowd of about 50 people at Auntie Skinner’s before heading off to Marshall. Prior to speaking, Alderman candidates Michelle Fox-Davis (for Ward 1), and April Taylor Johnson (for Ward 3) spoke to the crowd briefly about their goals for the city if elected.
