Casting for the upcoming Opera House Theatre Players production of “The Afterlife Radio Show of Edgar Allen Poe” is complete, according to the director Sara Davis.
Gary Eigenman was casted in the title role of Edgar Allen Poe.
Other members of the ensemble include Brett Powell, David Nelson, Alysha Coddington, Laura Romine, Misty Richardson and Davis as Miss Delores.
The radio-style play is a collaboration of Patrick Greene and Jason Pizzarello, both New York City actors and playwrights.
It has been touted as a, “humorous ook at the macabre-minded Mr. Poe… as if he would have wanted to keep his stories alive from beyond the grave.”
Wandering spirits gather to play the roles in Poe’s most classic works.
Tickets at $15 and are on sale now at The Willow Tree in Jefferson or online at www.JeffersonOperaHouseTheatrePlayers.com.
