In a move to a one-to-one technology environment, JISD announced today via FaceBook, all students at the Junior High and High School will be issued a Chromebook. JES and JPS students who are enrolle din Online Instruction as their learning mode will also be able to check out a device. A parent or guardian must be present to check-out a device.
Pickup times for JJHS and JHS students to pickup a Chromebook are: Thursday, August 13, and Friday, August 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the students respective campus.
JPS online students will be issued an iPad and JES online students will receive a Chromebook. Those can be checked-out Friday, August 14, from 9 am. to 2 p.m.
