• HISTORICAL RE-ENACTMENT OF SHOOT-OUT between 1906 Sheriff Terry and lawman Proctor, in the old wagon yard. the interior block bordered by Austin/Vale/Lafayette/Polk Streets. Action times are 11:30 am; 2:30 pm; 4:30 pm. Ally access to the wagon yard (parking area) will be blocked off beginning 8 am until 4:30 pm. FREE!
• STREET DANCE, featuring award-winning Sheila and the Caddo Kats Band playing 6 to 8 pm; Block of Austin to Walnut Sts closed to traffic beginning 7 am; open again after conclusion of dance. Trophy and prize awarded for most authentic pioneer costume. SPECIAL RISING STAR AWARD to be presented to Sheila and the Caddo Kats. FREE!
SUNDAY, SEPT. 5
COOKERS, BBQ AND BEANS, ETC., begins 11 am and entertainment begins Noon and continues to 4 pm, with Johnny Nance, Ann Leslie, Riley Cox.
Players hold AUDITIONS at 4:30 pm in the lobby and front of Visitor Building FREE !
