Charlie Malcolm Walker, age 87, of Jefferson, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born October 1, 1934 in Cass County, Texas to Thomas Allen and Dollie Luvenia Walker. Malcolm was a member of Shiloh Methodist Church, and a retired equipment operator for the county.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Addie Walker; his parents; grandson, Joshua Walker; granddaughter, Dana Pierce and husband Brad; great granddaughter, Bree Pierce; and his brother, Tommy Walker.
Malcolm is survived by one son, Joe Allen Walker and wife Becky of Jefferson, Texas; one daughter, Charlene Doyal of McLeod, Texas; two sisters, Barbara Hampton and husband Cotton of Jefferson, Texas, Virginia Alfia of Jefferson, Texas; four grandchildren, Jesse Walker and wife Laurie, Elizabeth Marlar and husband Chet, Aubrey Doyal and wife Ashley, Denise Campbell and husband Jon; six great grandchildren, Hannah Walker, Kian Walker, Caleb Campbell, Alyssa Pierce, Bailey Pierce, Preston Pierce; special friend, Emma Stephens; and a host of other family and friends.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Billy Rex Sheets officiating.
