Jeffeson resident and chef Hunter Lee was honored last week by the George Rodrigue Foundation for the Arts during a book reception in New Orleans, last week for the release of the second book in the foundations series, Pot and Palette II

In a project that started taking shape over a year ago 100 of the most acclaimed and awarded  chefs, culinary masters, restauranteurs, and mixologist in Louisiana were selected and featured to submit a story about their career and a recipe that represented their career as well as the part of the state they were from.
