Funeral Services for Ronnie Bullard 56, of Jefferson, were held Thursday, September 28 at 2pm in the Cpt. Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Dr. Ron Danley officiating under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A Private interment will be held at a later date.
Ronnie was born on October 13, 1966, in Linden, to Ronald Glen Bullard, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Langston Bullard and passed away in Longview, Texas, Monday September 25, 2023.
Ronnie was the Vice President of operations for Blackburn Syrup Factory for 34 years and left long lasting relationships both locally and throughout the food industry. He was a proud Aggie and the friends he made at Texas A&M remained throughout his life. He loved duck hunting with his friends and Jordan, dove hunting trips to West Texas, the goose hunting trips, and his recent duck hunting trip to Canada were all special memories for him. Ronnie only had one child but throughout the years Jordan’s friends and all his baseball kids became his kids for life. One of his proudest moments was coaching youth baseball not just for the trophies they won but also for the men they became. It brought him great joy seeing them coach and support their own kids in sports.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Jack and Lucille Bullard.
Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Jill Bullard; son, Jordan Bullard; brother, Ryan Bullard and numerous other extended family and friends.
