Jefferson 49 , Alvarado 42

In the second matchup of the tournament the Bulldogs completed an electric comeback to top Alvarado 49-42. Alvarado has been on a hot streak just like the Bulldogs which made this a solid contest.

The Indians had a commanding 20-8 lead after one quarter of play and looked to walk away with a W, but Jefferson had other plans. The Bulldogs went on a 13-9 run in the second frame to pull within 29-21 at halftime.

A huge 28-13 surge by Jefferson turned the tide and Bulldogs ended the game with a 7-point win.

Sabine 48,  Jefferson 43

Sabine gave Jefferson its second loss of the season as the Cardinals won 48-43 in a slugfest.
