According to the Parent Square notifications app they use, “Conditions remain very icy on the rural county roads in the district and are dangerous for busses to travel.”
Per Coach Allen – Girls Athletic Coordinator, “We have moved our basketball games vs. Tatum to Saturday night. Girls will start at 5:00…followed by the boys at 6:30.”
Jefferson Mayor Rob Baker told the Jimplecute late today that the City would also remain closed tomorrow.
Marion County offices stays will be at the discretion of the elected official for that office.
The City has not notified the Jimplecute as of this posting (5:10p Wednesday).
