Margaret C. Hunt, who loved being called “Meme” by her grand- and great-grand children, departed this life on January 13, 2024. She is preceeded by her parents, Maynard R. and Thema A. Knapp and beloved elder brother Donald.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Gary; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Robert and Mary Beth, and Joseph and Kristy; Daughter and Son-in-law Michelle and Duane; along with grandchildren Samantha, Joanna, Kyle, Ruby, Jake, Melanie, Sean, Summer, Levi, and Shane; and great granddaughter Natalie.
Margaret loved, and was loved, by her family and church family.
A celebration of life and memorial service will be held at First Methodist Church of Jefferson on February 14th, 2024, at 2 p.m.
