Career Fair

JISD is holding their first “Road to the Future” College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Fair from 5:30-7p January 25 at the High School Commons. The school is inviting local colleges, military personnel and businesses to participate. Grief Support

Harleton Methodist Church will host a Grief Share group each Tuesday 10a-Noon beginning February 6 and continuing through April 30.  For information and registration call (903) 777-4664.

Fundraiser

“A Night of Dramatic Readings to Celebrate the Goddess in All of Us” will be held at 7p February 24, at Art on the Bayou, 205 N. Walnut St. Tickets are $10 per person. A reception with a silent auction will follow the event with all proceeds to go to the Jefferson Police Department Outreach Programs.

Chili Lunch

The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Ladies Altar Society will hold their annual Chili Wednesday lunch from 11:30a-1:30p Wednesday, February 7. Bowls are $10 and all orders are  to-go.
