Her siblings: Ann Mcguire of Gladewater, Sherry Russell and her husband Jim of Tyler, Debra Guerra and her husband Robert of Jefferson.

Billie moved to East Texas from Houston in the late eighties and was a member of the Jefferson Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was well known in Jefferson and Marion County for her love of Jehovah God and His son Jesus, as she visited her neighbors and residents of the community, bringing forth the “Good News Of God’s Kingdom”, as Jesus commanded us to do in the bible. Matt 28:19,20

She was a wonderful and kind person, well received by those she visited in the community, as her love for God and neighbor radiated from inside her as a bright light.

Yes, her kind and generous heart just drew you in, and to know her was to love her. She loved gardening, and her talent for making floral arrangements for the home and others, brought her great joy and was well appreciated by all.

But, her greatest joy came from spending time with her daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter. Just shopping at the mall, thrift stores, and spending time together. Riding around and enjoying Jehovah God’s creations, the trees in bloom and all the beautiful flowers awakening in spring. Yes, that’s who she was, and was loved dearly. She certainly will be missed by all.
