Marion County 4-H Club members celebrated their work this last school year with their fair in downtown Jefferson.
Members took time to show the animals they’d raised and learned how to care for, and showcased their artistic side with a photograph contest. They also held a bake sale during the fair. The winners of the photo contest were in last week’s Jimplecute.
Marion County 4-H is sponsored through the County Extension office and overseen by Agent Doug Weir. To learn more about the 4-H programs and participate, contact Weir at 903-578-7362.
