Caddo Lake by Mark Allen: Caddo Lake is getting back to normal levels and the Big Cypress Bayou current is slowing down. The bass fishing has been awesome and it is a great time to be on Caddo. I would suggest getting on the lake early or late to avoid the summer time heat that has really started to settle in. As the weather becomes a little more stable and the water level is at normal pool, the fishing has been a lot of fun. Take a kid fishing and show and teach them something that they can enjoy the rest of their lives.  We have been catching a lot of our bass on topwaters and the Texas rigged worm.  These techniques are easy to learn and use and is really producing on our guide trips.
