The JHS Cross Country team competed in the Hallsville Cross Country Invitational this past Friday and completed very well against some tough competition and on a very tough course.
Strong performances were had by Vanesa Bautista, Avery Ephraim, Cayley Christy, Alex Aviles, Gus Snowden and Dyllan Boyd.
The JHS Cross Country team will travel to Lear Park in Longview this Friday for the Mike Darby Invitational hosted by Pine Tree.
The Junior Cross Country District meet date has been changed to Saturday, September 30, at West Rusk.
So on Saturday, September 30, JH Cross Country will go to West Rusk for their district meet and the High School Cross Country team will be going to Mount Pleasant for their final tune up before their district meet.
