Memorial Services for Dell McBride, 78, of Jefferson, Texas will be held on Friday August 16, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Cpt Wm. Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home with Father John Himes officiating under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:00am in the Cpt. Wm Perry Chapel of Haggard Funeral Home.
She was born in Archer City, Texas to Joe Gaston Powell and Suetta Mozelle Cross Powell and passed away on Friday August 9, 2024, in Jefferson, Texas.
Delphia was an avid gardener, loved puzzles, and crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed doing genealogy and collecting native American things. Her favorite thing was to go garage selling. Dell was a very giving person who loved to help others. She had a big heart for the less fortunate.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Lisa Brock, Joe Harpold, Chris McBride; siblings, Joann Zastovnik, Wanda Noble, Nancy Terry, and Frank Terry. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
