The Marion County Grand Jury returned 19 indictments on 19 presented cases last Friday.
Four of the indictments were sealed.
The remaining indictments include:
• Jacob Bennett, Injury to a Child
• Taylor Brown, Intoxicated Assault (two counts) and Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1g
• Shasheesta Durden, Tampering with government record
• Michael Elwar, Theft of Petroleum
• James Fitzgerald, DWI, 3rd or more
• Madison Garrison, Possession of a Controlled Substance less than 1g
• William Haley, Sex Offender Failure to Register (two counts)
• Roger Kimball, Theft from Elderly
• Dessirey Miller, Possession of a Controlled Substance 4-200g
• Timothy Neely, Aggravated Assault and Felon Possessing Firearm
• Jaedon Ramos, Theft of Firearm
• Earl Smith, Injury to Elderly, three counts
• Allen Watts, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
• David Witcher, Theft from Elderly
• Nicholas Jones, Injury to Child
The cases will now be scheduled for court later this year.
