  • Award Solid Waste Disposal Services Bids: Cost of the dumpsters at the various County barns
  • Open and Award Road & Bridge Supplies and Fuel Bids
  • Enter the letter from Texas Secretary of State deeming “Successful Status” for the County and continued use of Countywide Polling Places
  • Set the date for 2020 Earth Week in Marion County
  • Consider Marion County Appraisal District 2021 Budget: no changes from 2020 budget
  • Present 2019 Financial Statements
  • Approve Resolution for Help America Vote (HAVA) for $11,060.47 with a match of $2,212.90
  • Approve Resolution for Coronavirus Relif Fund grant through TDEM
  • Approve Unclaimed Property Capital Credits per the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts
  • Approve a No Parking Resolution for Liveoak Road in Ridgewood Subdivision in Pct 4, effective May 29, 2020
  • Approve purchase of bulk order of surgical masks
  • Consider closing a portion of Jimmy Street in Pct 1, and conveying it to adjoining property owners

  • Courthouse Restoration project updates
