Jefferson City Council is discussing the expenditure of $450,000 for street repaving. Council discussed during the previous 2019-2020 budget year of using the surplus funds for street repair.
A list of streets was provided by Alderman Jim Finstrom and Alderman Kay McKinnon to Mayor Pro Tem Victor Perot during the August meeting, yet the list has not been made public. The council packet for tonight’s meeting does not include a list of the proposed streets. The 2020-21 budget does not have $450,000 budgeted for streets (https://www.jeffersontexas.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Proposed-2020-21-Budget.pdf pg 7). Aldermen Tyrani Braddock and David Westbrook also submitted lists later.

- Consider and/or approve Resolution 2020-11-1- Marion County Appraisal Board Candidate(s)
- Consider and/or approve adding Lodging Tax Administration to the Agreement with Azavar Government Solution
- Consider and/or approve giving Willie P. Thomas permission to place a motor home at 302 W. Clay Street until house is built.
- Consider and/or approve Flat Rate/Fixed Fee Contract for Professional Services for 2020 Redistricting
- Consider and/or approve appointee to Jefferson Housing Authority Board of Commissioners

- Consider and/or approve minutes of October 7, 2020 Special Meeting
