The 13th Annual Trooper Scott Burns Memorial Big Bass Tournament is this Saturday at Caddo Lake – Crip’s Camp.
The tournament has a 1st Place Guaranteed prize of at least $1,082. There are also prices for 1st ($100), 2nd ($75), 3rd ($50), and Big Bass of the Hour or Equivalent.
Entries are $50 and will be taken at Crip’s Camp today from 5-7pm or the morning of the tournament from 5-6:30 a.m.
Lady’s Division and Youth Division (16 and under) have additional 1st place prizes of $100. Lady’s and Youth Divisions are eligible for overall prizes as well. In these divisions, additional prizes for the Smallest Bass wins $100, and the Biggest Bass Under the Slot wins $100.
There is a Fish Fry starting at 3p.m. at the Lighthouse and access is included with wristband given at registration.
The annual tournament is in memory of State Trooper Scott Burns who was killed in the line of duty.
