The Jimplecute regularly receives information about various athletic activities at Wiley College in Marshall.
Since Marion County Media LLC acquired the Jimplecute in August 2020, we have focused our “core” coverage area on Marion County plus about 15 miles, and if an item cannot be directly related back to that area, we generally haven’t covered it in print – we may have put it online as a courtesy.
Wiley College is outside that 15 mile range. But we do have a number of Marion County residents attending college, or working there.
So, is there an interest in us including Wiley College Athletics (and anything else they send out) in our regular coverage area? If provided, we would also include ETBU activities and information.
