Jefferson City Council will meet in special session tonight at 6:30p at the Transportation Center to continue discussions on the 2026-27 City Budget. They will also discuss and possibly take action on an offer by Tracy Graham to make improvements, at no cost to the City, to drainage at 505 E Dixon.
An additional addition to the Budget Workshop portion includes a request by Jeff Sofich via Alderman Bubba Haggard to “discuss property tax collection and city officials’ responsibility for fiscal oversight.” No additional information on the item is available.
